Accessibility

Accessible to Every Generation.

Unified Generations is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Our Commitment

We believe every individual and family should be able to learn about and access our programs. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we continue to review and improve our website.

2. What We Have Done

Our website has been designed with accessibility in mind, including:

  • Descriptive text for meaningful images.
  • Navigation and forms that can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast.
  • Clear headings and labeled form fields.
  • Layouts that adjust to phones, tablets, and zoomed-in screens.
  • Respect for device settings that reduce motion.

3. Third-Party Content

Some features on our website are provided by other companies, such as the Google Map on our Contact page, our online forms, and secure payment fields from Stripe. We choose these services carefully, but their accessibility is not fully within our control.

4. Need Help or an Accommodation?

If you have difficulty using any part of our website, or need information in a different format, please contact us. We can help you by phone, email, or in person, including completing an enrollment or referral with you.

When you contact us, please let us know the page and the problem you experienced so we can fix it.
