Will my court or agency accept the certificate?

Cost & Payment
How much does a program cost?
The private pay rate is $125 for a 6-week program.
Is financial assistance available?
State-funded support may be available for eligible participants through an approved referral or funding source. Selecting the state-funded option during enrollment does not guarantee funding; our team will review your information and contact you about eligibility and next steps.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely by card when you complete the enrollment form. Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider, and we never see your full card number.
Enrolling
How do I enroll?
Complete our online enrollment form. After you submit it, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm your enrollment, payment option, and next steps.
Do I need a referral to enroll?
No. Individuals and families can enroll directly. If you were referred by a court, CPS, probation, an agency, a school, or a community organization, please let us know during enrollment.
Can I get help filling out the form?
Yes. Call us at 832-328-3514 or email referrals@unifiedgenerations.com and we’ll walk you through it.
For Professionals & Partners
Who can make a referral?
We welcome referrals from courts and judges, CPS and child-welfare professionals, attorneys, probation departments, schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral partners.
How does the referral process work?
1. Submit a referral using our secure referral form. 2. Review & confirm: our team reviews the referral and confirms program eligibility and next steps. 3. Participant enrollment: we connect with the referred individual to complete enrollment and schedule services. 4. Participation & completion: participants attend required sessions and receive documentation upon successful completion.
What information do I need to make a referral?
The referral form asks for your contact information, the participant’s name and date of birth, the program of interest, a brief reason for the referral, and the best contact for follow-up. Supporting documents can be emailed to referrals@unifiedgenerations.com.
Can my organization partner with Unified Generations?
Yes. We offer referral partnerships, program collaboration, resource sharing, and customized partnerships. Visit Partnerships to tell us about your organization.
